PORN STAR MARTINI
This popular cocktail was created in a famous London bar in the early 2000s by a bartender who wanted to create an ‘evocative and tantalising taste experience’.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 60ml VKAT Vanilla
- 2 whole passionfruit
- 15ml Passionfruit liqueur
- 15ml Vanilla simple syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- 60ml Sparkling wine (optional to serve on side)
DIRECTIONS
Scoop out 3 halves of passionfruit into shaker. Add other ingredients (except sparkling wine), shake with ice, and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with remaining passionfruit half and pour wine into shot glass to serve on the side.
CREAMSICLE DELIGHT
A creamy, dreamy cocktail that perfectly blends vanilla, butterscotch, and orange. It’s the perfect afternoon sweet treat!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 30ml VKAT Vanilla
- 30ml Butterscotch Glades
- 15ml Orange Glades
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Cream
- Orange slice, vanilla pod and edible flower garnish
DIRECTIONS

PISTACHIO SOUR

lovely pop of colour thanks to our Blue Citrus Glades!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 60ml VKAT Vanilla
- 15ml Butterscotch Glades
- 10ml Blue Citrus Glades
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Pistachio syrup
- 1 Egg white
DIRECTIONS
Half rim glass with honey and crushed pistachios and set aside. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Pour into glass and garnish with edible flower.

VANILLA BUTTERSCOTCH MULE
A sweet twist on the classic drink, with smooth vanilla and butterscotch complementing the lime juice and ginger beer.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 30ml VKAT Vanilla
- 30ml Butterscotch Glades
- 15ml Lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a copper mug or glass with ice. Add VKAT Vanilla, Butterscotch Glades, and lime juice. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Cheers!

SPIKED MATCHA LATTE
Warm yourself on a chilly afternoon with this delicious hot beverage laced with our VKAT Vanilla.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 45ml VKAT Vanilla
- 2 Tsp Matcha, sifted
- Sugar to taste
- Milk of choice, heated or steamed
DIRECTIONS
Add hot water to Matcha powder and whisk. Add VKAT Vanilla, sugar and whisk again. Pour into cup and add steamed or hot milk. Enjoy!
VANILLA SKY
This cocktail is fruity, refreshing and perfect for summer, with pineapple, vanilla and citrus notes. Cheers!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 45ml VKAT Vanilla
- 30ml Orange Glades
- 90ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Lime juice
- 20ml Orgeat
- Dash of soda water
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake then pour over fresh ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with pineapple and edible flowers.
