PINK POM POM

This delicious and festive cocktail is a fun addition to any occasion.

INGREDIENTS | Serves 1

  • 45ml  Lychee Glades
  • 30ml VKAT Vanilla
  • 30ml  Lemon juice
  • 15ml Vanilla simple syrup
  • 30ml Coconut water
  • 30ml Cream
  • 7ml Grenadine
  • Sugar, icing sugar, rosemary and pomegranate for garnish

 

DIRECTIONS

Half rim glass with icing sugar paste and granulated sugar. Place glass in freezer while you mix cocktail. Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake until chilled then pour into glass and garnish with rosemary and pomegranate arils. Cheers!

LYCHEE DRAGON

Ingredients | Serves 1

  • 30ml Lychee Glades
  • 45ml VKAT Original
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Dragonfruit syrup
  • 60ml Coconut water
  • Edible flower, dragonfruit slice and cucumber for garnish


Directions |

Add all ingredients to shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with edible flower, dragonfruit and cucumber ribbon.
Dragonfruit syrup – Bring ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar and 6-8 pieces of pink dragonfruit (fresh or frozen) to a simmer, then cover and allow to cool. Strain into jar. Shop cocktail packs

RASPBERRY LYCHEE LEMONADE

A sweet twist on the classic drink, with smooth vanilla and butterscotch complementing the lime juice and ginger beer.

Ingredients | Serves 1


Directions |

Add ingredients except lemonade to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until chilled then strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lemon and mint.
Raspberry syrup – Add half cup water, half cup sugar and half a punnet of raspberries to pan. As it reaches simmer and sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and cover until cooled. Strain into jar.
