OUR FEATURED COCKTAIL

WATERMELON MINT MOJITO

This variation on a classic is all about fresh ingredients. Enjoy this refreshing drink with friends on a hot summer’s day!

INGREDIENTS | Serves 4

  • 150ml VKAT Original
  • Watermelon
  • 12 mint leaves
  • Juice of one lime
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • Lemon, lime and mint to garnish

 

DIRECTIONS

Add watermelon pieces, mint leaves and lime juice to cocktail shaker and muddle. Fill shaker with ice, add simple syrup and VKAT Original. Shake until ice cold. Half fill glasses with fresh ice, pour contents of shaker into glasses (do not strain). Top with chilled soda water and garnish with watermelon, lime and mint.

LYCHEE BLOSSOM

The Lychee Blossom has beautiful flavours of lychee, rose and elderflower. A delicious cocktail for any occasion! 

INGREDIENTS | Serves 1

  • 30ml VKAT Original
  • 30ml Lychee syrup
  • 15ml Rose & elderflower cordial
  • 1/2 tsp Rose water
  • Elderflower tonic water
  • Dried Rose petals & lychee skewer to garnish

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients except tonic water to cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass, top with tonic water and garnish with lychee skewer and dried rose petals.

JUNGLE BIRD

Transport yourself to paradise with this fruity and refreshing cocktail. The Jungle Bird is full of sweet and tart tropical flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and lime. 

INGREDIENTS | Serves 1

45ml VKAT Original
15ml Glades Orange
3 dashes Angostura bitters
45ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
15ml Passionfruit Puree
Garnish Pineapple leaves
Garnish Edible flower

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously, until well combined. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves and an edible flower.
