BLUEBERRY MOSCOW MULE
It’s tangy, bubbly, a fun twist on a classic, and it’s bursting with the delicious flavour of VKAT Blueberry!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 60ml VKAT Blueberry
- 10 blueberries
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml maple syrup (optional)
- 150ml ginger beer
- Mint leaves
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
In a copper mug, muddle together mint leaves, blueberries and maple syrup (if using). Fill mug with ice, add VKAT Blueberry and ginger beer, stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of lime, sprig of mint and blueberries.
BERRY BLUE
This refreshing fruit cocktail will add some colour to your day! Cheers!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 45ml VKAT Blueberry
- 15ml Peach Glades
- 15ml Coconut Glades
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- Lemonade
- Honey, shredded coconut and blueberries for garnish (fresh or frozen)
DIRECTIONS
Using a brush, add honey to glass and dip in coconut, then set aside. Add ingredients except blueberries and lemonade to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into glass over fresh ice and top up with lemonade. Add blueberries to garnish and enjoy!
BLUEBERRY FIZZ
This easy to make and super refreshing cocktail is perfect for any time of day!
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 60ml VKAT Blueberry
- 15ml Elderfower cordial
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 150ml Lemonade
- Lemon wedge, blueberries and sprig of fresh mint to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to glass over ice and top up with lemonade. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon wedge and sprig of mint. Cheers!

Warm sunny days pair well with a nice cold bowl of sorbet. The Berry Float boasts full berry flavours using our VKAT Blueberry and summer berries sorbet.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 30ml VKAT Blueberry
- 80ml lemonade
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50g summer berries sorbet
- Garnish raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Add VKAT Blueberry, lemonade and lemon juice to glass with a handful of ice. Stir to combine. Top with scoop of summer berries sorbet and garnish with fresh raspberries.
BLUEBERRY BASIL MOJITO
Is basil blooming in your garden? Why not try it instead of mint in your next mojito?
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
- 30ml VKAT Blueberry
- 45ml VKAT Original
- 30ml Orange Glades
- 5 Basil leaves
- Lemon wedge
- 1 Tsp sugar
- Blueberries, extra lemon and basil for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add basil, lemon wedge and sugar to tall glass and muddle. Add ice to glass, and add VKAT Original, VKAT Blueberry and Orange Glades. Top with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with blueberries, lemon and basil. Cheers!
